Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 October 2026
1. Acceptance and scope
These terms govern your use of the SellerMentor website and its public content. By using the site, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. These terms do not replace a signed service agreement, proposal, data processing agreement or marketplace-specific arrangement.
2. About SellerMentor and our services
SellerMentor is the trading name of [Legal entity name], [Registered address], company registration number [Company registration number], VAT number [VAT number]. Contact: info@mentoramazon.com.
We provide marketplace management, business mentoring, advertising, content, software, distribution and related business support. Website information is general and non-binding, not a binding offer, professional legal/tax advice or commitment to deliver a particular service. Scope, pricing, deliverables, payment, account responsibilities and service-level arrangements are agreed in separate written proposals or contracts. Merchant of Record/distribution arrangements, where agreed, are governed by their own contracts. In case of conflict, the applicable written service agreement governs the services.
3. Website use and acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful business and informational purposes. You must not misuse forms, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or misleading material, infringe rights, introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the site, or scrape/automate access in a way that breaches law or materially harms availability. You are responsible for having authority to submit information about your business. Do not submit confidential credentials or sensitive personal data through public forms.
We may take proportionate measures to protect the site, including restricting abusive access, without limiting rights or remedies available under law.
4. Client accounts and portal access
Where provided, portal access is intended for authorised client or administrative users. Keep credentials confidential, use secure passwords, and notify us promptly of suspected compromise. You are responsible for activities you authorise under your account, subject to applicable law. Access permissions and software features depend on the relevant agreement; a website account alone does not create a service contract. We may suspend access for genuine security concerns, unlawful activity or a material agreement breach, subject to applicable contractual notice and mandatory rights. We do not promise uninterrupted access or indefinite availability of unreleased features.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise identified, the site design, original text, graphics, software and SellerMentor name and logo are owned by or licensed to [Legal entity name] and protected by intellectual property law. You may view the site and make reasonable copies for internal business evaluation. You may not reproduce, commercially exploit or misrepresent our content or brand without permission, except as allowed by law. Client deliverable and software licensing rights are addressed in the relevant agreement. Rights in your own submitted material remain yours; you grant only the permission reasonably needed to handle your enquiry or deliver an agreed service.
6. Third-party trademarks and independence
Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, eBay, Shopify, Google, Meta and other marketplace/product names and logos belong to their respective owners. Their appearance describes relevant platforms or services, not sponsorship or endorsement. SellerMentor is an independent business and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those organisations unless a specific relationship is expressly identified. We do not control marketplace policies, account decisions, availability or algorithms.
7. Third-party links
Links to external websites, scheduling services and platforms are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content or operation, except where applicable law requires otherwise. You should review their policies before providing information or purchasing services.
8. Information, warranties and results
We aim to keep information accurate but do not warrant that public website content is complete, current, suitable for a specific purpose or free from errors. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without implied warranties. Examples, projections and case studies are illustrative and are not promises of future outcomes. We do not guarantee sales, revenue, rankings, advertising returns, account approvals or continued marketplace access. Business outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control. Mandatory warranties and expressly agreed service commitments are not excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or mandatory consumer/data protection rights. Subject to those limits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential business losses arising from use of general website information, including lost profit, revenue or opportunity, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We remain responsible where mandatory law requires it. Liability for contracted services is governed by the applicable written agreement, not an arbitrary cap imposed by this website.
10. Business-user indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, a business user is responsible for third-party claims directly resulting from its unlawful use of the website or infringement of third-party rights, including reasonable documented costs. This does not apply to losses caused by our own breach, negligence or misconduct. We will notify you of a relevant claim, cooperate reasonably and will not agree a settlement imposing obligations on you without your consent. This clause does not override mandatory rights or any separately agreed allocation of liability.
11. Privacy and cookie choices
Our Privacy Policy explains personal data processing. Cookie Preferences describes cookies and similar storage and lets you control optional technologies. Accepting these terms or sending an enquiry does not constitute consent to optional tracking or newsletters.
12. Availability and changes
We may update public content, these terms and available features. The updated date identifies the current version. Material changes will be notified where legally required. Changes do not retrospectively alter an existing signed agreement without the required contractual process. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent lawful. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
13. Governing law and courts
[Governing law and courts]. Mandatory protections and any non-excludable rights to bring claims in your local courts remain unaffected. The owner must select and review this clause; the location of an event does not by itself determine governing law.
