1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Similar technologies, including localStorage, retain information on your device without using a cookie. This page covers both. 2. Categories and your choices
Strictly necessary storage remembers consent, supports the language you request and secures client/admin sign-in. It is always on where needed for those purposes. Analytics measures page visits and successful form submissions; our event tracking only runs with analytics consent. Marketing would support advertising or personalised campaigns if such tools are introduced. Analytics and marketing are off by default. We currently install no analytics or marketing cookies and have no configured advertising pixels.
Accept all, Reject all and Customize are equally available in the banner. Rejecting optional categories does not prevent you from reading the site, contacting us or requesting a meeting. Sending a form is not cookie consent. Browser settings may also block storage, but blocking necessary authentication storage can prevent sign-in.
3. Saving, changing and withdrawing
Your choice is saved as sm_consent in a first-party cookie and localStorage for six months. We ask again when it expires or the policy version changes. Choices apply to this browser and this website origin; a separately attached event domain requires its own choice. Language settings are stored separately when you choose a language.
Use the live controls below or Cookie settings in any footer to change categories. Withdraw consent / reset clears the stored choice, immediately disables optional event tracking and reopens the banner. Withdrawal does not affect past lawful processing. No optional trackers are currently installed to remove; any future integrations must stop and clear their associated optional storage when consent is removed.
4. Anonymous consent records
We record a fresh random record ID, category choices, policy version, language and server decision time. No IP, email, device identifier or stable visitor ID is added to this table. Only administrators may read it. Records are retained for up to 13 months, or longer only if required for a specific compliance or legal need. Hosting/network providers may maintain separate operational security logs described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Current inventory
The table below lists the technologies in our application code, their purpose and lifetime. Authentication storage appears when you use account access. Language storage appears when you select a language. The sidebar preference exists in the reusable UI library but is not currently used by the site's admin or portal layout. No third-party analytics, marketing pixel or embedded advertising service is configured. Cookie-free event analytics are still subject to analytics consent.
The text and inventory are editable in the CMS. New technologies must be inventoried and gated before deployment; a policy update alone is not permission to track. Platform-injected diagnostics, provider logs and third-party media network requests require owner/provider review and are not represented as consent-controlled advertising.

No analytics or marketing cookies are currently installed. Event analytics are cookie-free but still require your analytics consent.
